The staff is especially helpful. the place is clean. - the units are brand-new, soundproof. - the balcony offers a lovely view of the gardens. The hotel is clean. the location was fantastic as it was close to the center of Kraków by train, the town centre, and perfect for attending a friend's wedding in Poland. the atmosphere was quiet. the breakfast was a good size, tasty, and had a variety of fresh fruit. Great service was provided.

Very good and varied breakfast. Extremely friendly staff with good English. You can reach everything comfortably by car but also by train.

At that time we decided to stay in the hotel, among other things because of the pool. But it was closed on two of our four days.
